Shipping takes approximately 3-5 working days, you will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your glasses.
No. Currently we ship to all destinations within the borders of South Africa.
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from our online store. Our Returns Policy is in place to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased from us, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store or in person to a Falco Milano store within South Africa (only) within 15 days from the date of purchase. Return courier costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, courier costs will be incurred by Falco Milano.
We encourage you to return your parcel at a great price through Dawn Wing traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Falco Milano.
We also encourage you to return in any of our stores country wide as this is free of charge.
Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
Returns Policy Conditions
At Falco Milano we want to make sure you always have a smile on your face and that you feel great with your purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:
- You return the item within 15 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
- You produce your original Falco Milano invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- With all original tags and labels still attached
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned
- In original packaging
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Falco Milano reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Falco Milano does not accept any bank statement or proof of payment statements as proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the prescription lenses for change of mind as every pair is custom made for your eyes as well as for hygiene purposes.

I first came across Falco Milano In Canal Walk where I was very respectfully and kindly helped by one of their salesmen. He helped me choose a pair of blue block computer reading glasses.
However after trying it out I came to realize that they were too strong for my eyes and I then made contact with them through Facebook to find out if they had any lower prescription lenses, I got a reply within an hour by one of the Falco Milano team members who was extremely kind and helpful and put me onto their senior optometrist, Dana Wolters, that same night. She was so extremely helpful and so kind. She insisted I go for an eye test and whatever my prescription is she would make up my lenses for my eyes specifically with a completely new frame of my choice.
I cannot describe how excited I was to get my new glasses, and when I did, which was only a week later I was completely in love, they were perfect, such high quality and so affordable compared to what other optometrists quoted me on to do the exact same thing!
From what I have experienced is that the Falco Milano team really value their customers and put a lot of effort into giving the best service. Thank you so much Falco Milano team members, this is an Awesome brand and great Team!
