If you are not completely happy with our product, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase, in the same packaging and condition that you purchased it and we will gladly exchange it.
MANUFACTURING WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE SUNGLASSES AND GLASSES
We offer a six month warranty from date of purchase, in the unlikely event of the peeling or corrosion on either our lenses or frames. Upon return of your defective glasses or sunglasses, the pair will be inspected, evaluated upon the determination thereof, we will repair or exchange the glasses in a reasonably timely manner.
Defects covered by the warranty include but are not limited to
1. Scratches
2. General wear and tear.
3. Goods that are missed handled or damaged by the customer.
4. Cracks, breaks and fractures on the frame and lenses.
In order for Falco Milano to honor the warranty, we require all parts of the product to be returned to us. If any parts are missing, the warranty will be null and void.
Any alteration to the product will void this warranty.

The Falco Milano Online Store Return Policy
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from our online store. Our Returns Policy is in place to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased from us, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store or in person to a Falco Milano store within South Africa (only) within 15 days from the date of purchase. Return courier costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, courier costs will be incurred by Falco Milano.
We encourage you to return your parcel by a traceable courier service as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Falco Milano.
We also encourage you to return to any of our stores country wide as this is free of charge.
Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
This policy is only applicable to our online sales and not in any way to any in store sales.
Returns Policy Conditions
At Falco Milano we want to make sure you always have a smile on your face and that you feel great with your purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that
You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase,
You produce your original Falco Milano invoice (receipt) when you return the item,
The item is in original saleable condition,
With all original tags and labels still attached,
In an unworn, unopened and unused state,
A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned,
In original packaging
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Falco Milano reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Falco Milano does not accept any bank statement or proof of payment statements as proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the prescription lenses for change of mind as every pair is custom made for your eyes as well as for hygiene purposes.
Falco Milano is not, nor claims to be an optometric practice or optometrist. Falco Milano does not and will not engage in providing any optometric service whatsoever. Falco Milano provides customers with good quality fashionable spectacles containing prescription lenses. The spectacles provided by Falco Milano are cosmetic in nature and are intended to provide clear and comfortable vision. Additionally, the make up of the lenses is not based on the performing of an eye examination, which is performed to detect visual errors, or any diagnosis provided by Falco Milano or any of its employees but rather on an existing prescription provided directly to the customer by a registered and duly qualified optometrist. Accordingly, neither Falco Milano nor any of its employees may make an optometric diagnosis or perform any such related act. The customer should consult his/her optometrist for clarity on such matters.
