Privacy policy

Details you give us when you order or contact us (name, email, phone, delivery address, and any prescription you enter), plus information about how you use the site (pages visited, products viewed, items added to the bag and completed orders).

To process and deliver your order, make your lenses, provide support, send messages you asked for, and improve the site and our advertising.

We use Google Analytics, PostHog and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These tools receive visit information such as pages viewed, products viewed, items added to the bag, checkout started and completed purchases (order value and product codes), together with browser and device details and cookies. We use this to measure the site and to show relevant Falco Milano ads, including to people who visited before.

Matching with Meta. Meta's automatic advanced matching is switched on. When you type your email or phone number into a form on our site, the Meta Pixel may send a scrambled (hashed) version of it to Meta so Meta can match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. It is hashed in your browser before sending, but it is still personal information.

Session recordings. PostHog records how visitors move through the site to help us fix problems. Everything typed into fields is hidden in these recordings, and our order-confirmation and payment pages are excluded.

Email. If you sign up or order, Klaviyo receives your name and email to send order updates and, if you agreed, marketing emails.

We do not send your prescription, lens details, card or payment details, or private order links to Google, PostHog or Meta.

Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram and Google account settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for advertising, by contacting us below.
